Will the standard and Text to Speech plan expire at the same time?
No. They start and run based on the plan and time you have chosen. Related Information is available in your account center.
Why does the exported video still have a watermark after I purchased the TTS plan?
You need to purchase the standard or bundle plan to remove the watermark, because the Text to Speech plan does not include authorization for other functions.
Can I buy more if I run out of TTS characters?
Yes, of course. You are most welcome to repurchase, and it is optional for you to unsubscribe at any time if two renewal orders were generated.
Should I use the bundle or Text to Speech plan first?
The default soon-to-expire characters will be a preference when you have more than one license at a time.
What languages can be generated with Text to Speech feature?
We currently support only British English and American English. More options of both languages and human voices will continue to be updated.
Is there a "Try before Buy" for Text to Speech?
Yes. 2000 trial characters can be available as long as you register/log in with authenticated Wondershare ID.
